“I am a cat. But I am no ordinary cat. I am a witch’s familiar. I am also a woman, with a woman’s heart and a woman’s frailty.”
Nearly two hundred years have passed since Caitlyn was trapped by supernatural forces and black magic, and she has known many mistresses. This time, the witch she is enthralled to is Joan, wife of Llewelyn, Prince of Wales.
At first, this mistress appears no different to any of the others Caitlyn has served – until Llewelyn captures William de Braose, and Joan falls in love, risking everything, including Caitlyn, to fulfil her desire.
Caitlyn, meanwhile, has her own cross to bear in the form of the gallant and reckless Hugh of Pembroke…

*** I received this book through Rachel's Random Resources blog tour in exchange for an honest review, thank you so much to Rachel and the author Elizabeth Davies for the opportunity to read and) review Another Kind of Magic (Caitlyn, #3)! ***

Ahh yes, I absolutely and thoroughly loved and enjoyed Another Kind of Magic so much that I will totally and sincerely miss this amazing trilogy for a long time to come. What can I say about this awesome book without a spoiling for anybody? Another Kind of Magic is the third and final book of the Caitlyn trilogy that had my emotions going every where's plus this book was a perfect fall book to read during the fall or winter season. I went into this book on pins and needles because I was afraid what was going to happen to Caitlyn next. I mean she had to do a lot of horrific things for her mistresses against her will because she is a witch’s familiar and she can't go against or stop doing these wrong and terrible things in her life because her mistress makes and forces Caitlyn to do these things by supernatural forces & black magic. In Another Kind of Magic, it's been two hundred years have passed since Caitlyn was trapped by supernatural forces and black magic and she had many mistresses but this time the witch Caitlyn is serving to is Joan, wife of Llewelyn, Prince of Wales. Joan is not any different from Caitlyn former mistresses but I think Joan is more dangerous and a very cunning witch, that she would do anything to get what she wants even if it means to end Caitlyn life in the progress. I really despise Joan from the very beginning she had everything she ever wanted she was a very wealthy woman who was married to Llewelyn, Prince of Wales who had his own kingdom and Prince Llewelyn, does everything and gets everything that his wife Joan wants. That is until Llewelyn captures William de Braose, and Joan falls in love, and the evil and cunning witch wants to have William all to herself even if it means to sacrifice her familiar Caitlyn she would do anything in her powers to fulfill her desires. I just felt so bad for Caitlyn for everything she had to endure in Another Kind of Magic for her mistress Joan like a said earlier my emotions were everywhere in this book. I was so sad, upset, mad, and downright mad for Caitlyn on what she was doing for that awful witch Joan who deserves absolutely nothing for what she put Caitlyn through. But I was also so very happy for Caitlyn as well when she met the mystery, charming and very reckless Hugh of Pembroke in one night when she was Cat that Hugh safe her from a ginger tom cat. That's when everything changes for Caitlyn but for the better, Caitlyn and Hugh had to fight to be together but by the end, Caitlyn and Hugh got their HEA and Joan got what she rightly deserves by the end of the book as well. All and all I am so happy to read the last and final book of the Caitlyn trilogy but I am also very sad to let it go as well. This trilogy was such an amazing and fantastic trilogy that I am not going to forget it anytime soon.
