*** I received this book by Rachel Random Resources Tour in exchange for an honest review, thank you so much to Rachel and Crooked Cat Publishing for the opportunity to read and review After Whorl: Bran Reborn! ***

OMGosh! I so love and enjoy the Celtic Fervour series and the world so much I just can not tell you how much I miss the characters in this series so much.  That I couldn't wait to dive in and read the sequel After Whorl: Bran Reborn next which we find out what happens to  Brennus of Garrigill Lorcan little brother who was introduced in The Beltane Choice and what happens to him after the war of  Whorl. I can keep on gushing to you on how much I loved and enjoyed this amazing sequel so much, that I actually read this book in one sitting I couldn't put this book down at all I had to finish reading this book in one day.  Ohh my what an emotional ride was reading After Whorl: Bran Reborn was for me.

We do get introduced to new characters in this book who Brennus meet, but first, let me start from the very beginning. At the very beginning of After Whorl: Bran Reborn Brennus was in the middle of the war of whorl attacking the Romans but a terrible and freak accident occurs that almost cost Brennus life and that left him a changed and damaged man forever. But a certain motherly healer Meaghan safe his life and told him she saved him for a reason.  When Brennus fully awake from his series injurious he knows he couldn't be a warrior champion and fight anymore because of his damaged body.

But the healer Meaghan told him she saved him for a purpose and that he should not give up to fight the Romans, and that's when Brennus change his name Bran to start a new journey in his life. But things start to change when Meaghan the healer dies and he meets Meaghan's young and very strong and hardheaded granddaughter Ineda. That's when everything changes for Bran and his new life starts to unravel in front of his eyes. Now there is romance in this book but it was not the sole focus in this book. I love reading books that romance was not the sole focus of the book. Also, the romance was a slow burn romance where one of the main characters was waiting for there love interest to grow more mature in life and I so love reading their romance grow in each step.

Now I won't say which main characters fall in love because spoiler but I think reading the synopsis you all will figure out who the two love interests are.  All and all I loved and enjoyed reading After Whorl: Bran Reborn that I can't wait to read the third book After Whorl: Donning Double Cloaks after that cliffhanger ending I have to see what happens next!

  5. Hi Katiria, thank you again for the super review. I'm so glad you love my characters. Bran may be at a cliff edge at the end of Book 2 but Book 3? And Ineda? - Well to tell you would be into 'spoiler' territory! ;-)
