I’m an outlaw. I don’t fall in love and I sure as fuck don't run... Until Jillian McAdams.
I fell for a law abiding Sheriff, breaking my vows to my own club, and turning her against her family of blue.
An outlaw and a sheriff, it can only end in one way… Mayhem.
Now we both have to pay the ultimate price for betraying our families.
I swore to kill my brother, his allegiance sworn to another club, if I ever saw him again.
Yet here I am running to him in hopes to save Jillian’s life…
We both will have to rewrite the rules we know to stay alive.
Even if it means we lose everything we had in doing so…

OMG! This book was so freaking amazing I can't believe it took me so long to continue on reading this series, that I just love and adore! Ahhh I so missed the Sin City Outlaws they all crazy, dark, brooding and very dangerous the lot of them. But I just love reading and learning more about them. I especially love reading about Zeek and Jillian, Zeek the president of the Sin City Outlaws and Jillian the sheriff of the city. I thought the romance aspect of the story wasn't going to work out good, because an dangerous biker outlaw in love with a city sheriff. I was like come on this isn't going to end well for neither of them. But the romance is really done well and it did work out at the end for both Zeek and Jillian. Granted there were some issues at the end of the first book with the two love birds. Ok, Ok I tell you all the truth there was a big problems and I mean a huge issue at the end of the first book Reign for the love birds. I won't go into any details about the big and huge problem that both Zeek and Jillian had at the end of Reign because spoiler. You just have too read the first book to find out what I am talking about. But Mercy starts at the beginning where Reign exactly left off at and I tell you it gets more worst for both Zeek and Jillian along the why when the both of them are trying to get help from Zeek younger brother. While I was reading Mercy I didn't now if Zeek and Jillian relationship will survive I thought it would be the end of their relationship, and it did get ugly at the beginning and the end of this book. But everything got settled by the end of Mercy for both Zeek and Jillian. Now there is still more too and unfinished business in the plotline after that crazy ending in Mercy. But I can't wait to continue on reading the next books of the Sin City Outlaws series next. Because I need too know and learn on what happens next to the Sin City Outlaws members!

*** I received this book by the author in exchanged for an honest review, thank you so much to Ember Shane for the opportunity too read and review Heir To The Crown! ***

Ohh how I miss thee let me count thee ways! Yes I finally finished reading The Doyle Hawthorn Series and it was absolutely freaking amazing. I love and enjoy every last bit of this book. I am really sad too see it end. But it was a great read while it lasted. Now I don't want too go into any details about Heir to the Crown, because I don't want too get too spoiler for anybody. But I will share some bits of this fantastic book. Heir to the Crown starts from the very beginning where Of High Treason left off at, that I can just kick myself waiting so long too read this book. But I do remember some of the Of High Treason book to continue on reading Heir to the Crown. Doyle and his family along with his best friend Chuck who is like a brother too him, are trying to live a normal life while hiding from the government and from Edgar Bradbury. Everything was going great for them except for Chuck that turn into like a stalker at the beginning chapters, but I won't get into that because that is very spoiler you just have too find out by reading this book and see what I am talking about. But everything was going great for Doyle and his whole family until on Thanksgiving day Doyle got a visit from Phoenix who told him what his grandfather was planning too destroy the world for revenge on the government and Dr. Edgar Bradbury. And Phoenix said she needed Doyle help but she also said that the evil doctor Edgar Bradbury needed to work along side them in order to stop his grandfather destroying the world and seeking revenge. At first Doyle didn't want to work along side the evil doctor who is his worst enemy ever, but he had too think about his family, friends and the world. So Doyle had too think long and hard if he ever decided to work along side the evil doctor and the government that made his and his family life a living hell for all of them! Now I am going to stop here because I don't want to get too spoiler, but things starts getting down real crazy quick after that Thanksgiving diner for Doyle and his family including for Addy as well who was keeping a huge secret from Doyle. But everything worked out by the end of the book for everybody there was a few tragedies that I so didn't see coming, but all and all it was a very good solid ending and conclusion to an amazing book that I highly love and enjoy so much!

Ember Shane is the author of the new adult, paranormal romances included in The Doyle Hawthorne Series. She's currently working on her fourth book, title pending, which follows Jenny Hawthorne's story, tentatively scheduled to be released autumn 2017.

Temporary Hiatus & Life Update!

Thursday, November 9, 2017

Well I am really sorry to say that I will be going on a temporary hiatus started today. Unfortunately I will be having surgery pretty soon but not just one surgery but two different surgery in different months. What do I mean you say well I start at the very  beginning of my story. Around late spring early summer of this year I started having pains on both of my ankles and my ankles were really swollen too. Being me I didn't say anything to my parents because I thought it was nothing bad, so one day my uncle notice that I was limping while I was walking. So naturally my mother thought it was my right knee acting up again which I had two surgery on my right knee already. So one day my mother ask me if my rt knee is bothering me again and I ask her why she is asking that she than say's to me, because she see's me limping while I was walking all the time. So I finally told her the truth that it wasn't my knee that was bothering me it was both of my ankles. So of course she got mad at me that I didn't say anything to her about both of my ankles, and she told me too immediately called my general doctor. Of course I called my general doctor right away, so when I saw my doctor he decided to do two x-rays on both my ankles and feet too see what is going on with them. He told me it was probably a heel  bone spur but he wanted to make sure if he was right or not. So flash forward into two weeks when I got my x-rays all done and everything I went back to my general doctor but this time my mom accompany me to the doctors. When the doctors saw the x-rays and report I just know it was not good news because how his face reacted when he first saw the reports and x-rays. You see he was right that I did have a bone spur but not on my heels but on both of my achilles heels. Which it is the worst spot to have a bone spur at my general doctor told me for the very start there are no remedy's I mean totally nothing that will help me with my pain, discomfort and swollen of my ankles but surgery. So he sent me too a foot and ankle doctors who specialize on what I have on both of my achilles heels. The foot and ankle doctor try first with me with physical therapy first and see if that would help so I wouldn't have to do surgery, but guess what I went to do physical therapy for almost three weeks. But the pain and discomfort was just too much and the pain got much worst after each time I went to physical therapy. So my physical therapist sent me back to my foot and ankle doctor. And when I saw him that's where we decided surgery was the best and only option I can go with. So now I will be having surgery done on one foot pretty soon and than when I fully recover for that surgery I will have surgery done on my other foot done as well. Now the recovery time for this type of surgery will be 3 to 6 months. Now that's why I am going on a temporary hiatus, because I will be recover at my parents house which unfortunately my parents don't have no internet so I will be completely offline totally when I am recovery from both surgery. I will post a few things here and there on my social media sites and probably on my blogs if I can, but it is a big IF that I can get back online. But I would probably just post only books reviews on here for the time being until I can fully get back to blogging again. I will most diffidently will continue on reading books, in matter of fact I pick a lot of books on my tbr list that I am taking with me too my parents house to read. I will miss all of you my friends and I will totally miss blogging while I am recovery for surgery. I will be thinking about you all as well. Well wish me luck and please pray for me that everything will go smoothly and well in my surgery!
